And pretty much echoes what several others have said, the law is based on manufacture date so they're going off month and year to be safe. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! .

I'll probably be waiting for 2020-ish, when I can get a R33. I like the look of those better.

I knew a guy who had a R33 for a while in the states. He managed to have it registered in Redmond OR because they don't really check or care. He ended up selling it when he cracked the windshield because it would cost more than what he paid for the car to replace it.

You can have an R33 now. They're the only ones MotoREX actually bothered to federalize.

I'm really thinking I should get a GTR now before they inflate in price and all start going over to America.

JDM Legends is Legit! I stumbled on them when buying winter wheels/tires for my car. As I'm nearing he tells me the place is called JDM Legends. I'm thinking, "That sounds like this could be a cool place". Absolutely nothing could have prepared me for what I walked in to.

The people that already know, already know.

You have just run the risk of severely confusing those that don't. There are about a million disclaimers to the legality of owning R33 that you failed to mention.

Well once the market opens up parts will probably be easier to get in the states.
